The Final Analysis Paper (Critical Assignment) is comprised of the three sections shown below. 

1. Each student is to select, define, and explain three concepts from the Spath text that he or she feels have the biggest effect on healthcare quality management.  
2. Each student is to select, define, and explain three concepts from the Studer text that he or she feels have the biggest effect on employee satisfaction and/or patient satisfaction.  
3. Each student is to connect one concept from the Spath text to one concept in the Studer text.  Specifically, this connection should explain/evaluate the connection between healthcare quality management and employee and/or patient satisfaction. 

Answers must fulfill the requirements located in the grading rubric (see grading rubric below).  The final case analysis must be at least six pages in length (not including title page, reference page, originality report, etc.)
