Write 4 pages thesis on the topic review of the unstoppable by ralph nader. The essay “Review of the book Unstoppable by Ralph Nader” analyses the plot of the book concerning the fighting against the deep influence of the corporations and their governmental advocates in the society. The paper also talks about the presented author’s theory of liberals and conservatives to be able to work together.

The book holds several strong points which are the positive aspects. The most positive aspect is that Nader has used some of his own experiences to reveal the victories of progressive and conservative forces united and how these victories have otherwise been unknown. He worked with the organizations in Washington and draws a closer picture to the observations on the basis of which he breaks a new ground for the coalitions that can help in overcoming obstacles that cause their division and how the power of these groups can be expanded to the courts and the public opinion.

The negative aspects of the book are some of the controversial issues that Nader has pointed out. The issues with the right-left alliance in Nader’s book can be divided into three categories. The first category is the centrist agenda. This idea presented by Nader is not controversial but it is criticized for being impossible to achieve in practice. Nader has given the theory about his idea surrounding many of the issues but he hasn’t described its practical approach. The second category is the right on agenda. This is controversial as it includes the adjustment of the minimum wage to inflation automatically.

Hi, need to submit a 1000 words essay on the topic Foundation of Modern Geography and Geography in America at the Dawn of 21st Century.

It is evidently clear from the discussion that the Chapter of geomorphology in Foundation of Modern Geography outlined the concepts of physical land forming processes and environment such as mountains, hills, rivers, oceans, lakes, and mapping among others. The same is observed in Geography in America at the Dawn of 21st Century because it also outlined the concepts of physical land forming processes and environment such as mountains, hills, rivers, oceans, lakes, and mapping among others. Besides, geomorphologists wrote geomorphology chapter in both books. Moreover, in both books, the geomorphology chapter begins by describing the aspects of landforms and land forming processes. However, the differences in the chapter in both books are profound and cannot be neglected. First, in the Foundation of Modern Geography, the research conducted by geomorphologists revolve around land processes such as volcanicity, weathering, a formation of block mountains and other related activities. In the book, Geography in America at the Dawn of 21st Century, research in geomorphology chapter was conducted by geomorphologists who revolved around the role and significance of science theory and social relevance of geomorphology. Besides, the geomorphology specialists that who structured geomorphology chapter in Foundation of Modern Geography consisted of some unprofessional geographers who relied on what they saw other than conducting thorough research. The geomorphology specialists who wrote geomorphology chapter in Geography in America, at the Dawn of 21st Century consisted of professional geographers and incorporated geographers from regions like Europe.

Bob’s pet store opening went so well that he decided to specialize in Black Labrador retrievers. He also decided to switch breeders. Bob entered into a contract with Dan, the Dog Man, to buy 100 Black Labrador retriever male puppies. The terms of the contract were as follows:

  1. Ten puppies were to be delivered to Bob each Friday morning by 10:00 a.m. for the next ten weeks;
  2. Each puppy was to have original American Kennel Club papers certifying that it is a pure bred Black Labrador retriever;
  3. Payment was due 30 days after delivery; and
  4. Each puppy costs $400.00.

Bob and Dan signed the agreement.

On the first Friday after the contract was signed, Dan delivered ten black lab puppies with AKC papers. Bob accepted delivery, inspected the dogs, and put them on sale. Since Bob was paying $400.00 for each puppy, he had to sell them for $1000.00. Bob only sold four puppies that first week.

On the second Friday, Dan brought ten more puppies. Bob inspected them and found two females and two puppies that were sickly. Bob rejected all ten puppies. That week, Bob did not sell any puppies so he still had six in stock.

On the third Friday, Dan brought ten more puppies. Bob inspected them and all were healthy males but Dan only had AKC papers for eight of the dogs. Bob accepted the eight with papers and rejected the two without. Bob did not sell any dogs that week so he had 14 dogs, which were more than he could handle.

On Friday of week four, Dan brought ten more healthy male puppies, each of which had AKC papers. However, Dan did not arrive at Bob’s shop until 1:00 p.m. in the afternoon. Bob rejected the entire group and claimed that Dan had breached the contract by delivering female dogs, unhealthy dogs, dogs without papers, and being late with his delivery. Bob told Dan not to deliver any more dogs. Bob also refused to pay for the puppies that had been delivered.

Week 1

Did Dan breach the contract: YES or NO and Explain why
