There are several theories in how a human being can become successful and happy. Ayn Rand claims that in order for someone to be happy, they shouldn’t sacrifice their wants and needs for someone else. Aristotle believed that happiness is the highest good in life and people should do things they want but also be virtuous in what they seek and do. In this topic, answer the following questions: How would you describe an individual as successful and happy in a non-leadership position vs. a leader in today’s society? Can success and happiness co-exist? Give reasons to support your answer.
