In the case study “Your Company’s Secret Change Agents” by Richard Tanner Pascale. Please read the core problems that was found in the case below. 

One of the key problems highlighted in the case study is Female Genial Mutilation in Egypt. The practice is aimed to reduce sexual pleasure among women and increase their loyalty to their husband. The process is painful and may lead to death due to breeding and infections. Amidst those who practices the FGM there are some of who don’t practice it. The case study advocates that those determined should find those who does those things in the best way that is failing to circumcise their girls and bringing them forward for other people to learn from them. This process is effective in communicating to those with higher personal egos and are not willing to learn. These people may easily copy those who are doing things right than listen to messages in different campaigns. The case study educates the population that changes may be adopted from those that are doing things right. It so states that digging out problems and involving experts or policies may not be as effective than using those doing things in the recommended ways. Another example of a challenge is in a town with a population of 200 and among them few are healthy and fit and the rest are suffering from malnutrition. In such a case, the healthy and fit can be used to change the rest and solve the problem withou having to apply complex policies. The approach is subject to limited resistance from its past records of application. Finally the six step model may be incorporated in solving these problems effectively and efficiently.
