Case Study:  This paper draws upon your readings and requires research beyond the classroom.  The topic is leadership responses to the Ferguson riots.  Using the ICS courses and the National Response Framework (NRF) as your guide, identify 3 key areas that (from a CJ leadership perspective) contributed to the riots after Officer Wilson’s acquittal.   Make recommendations that would prevent riots in the future as per your ICS studies and drawing from your coursework.  Your paper must be a minimum of 5 pages (this does not include the title page or reference list).  Please review the rubric for assessing your paper.  You must have a minimum of 5 scholarly sources to support your assessment (You can use non-scholarly sources in addition to the scholarly).  No abstract for this paper.
