Mental Status Exam

You will choose (conducting a mental status exam).  You will conduct an interview with a friend, family member or classmate for the purpose of completing this assignment. 

It will be important focus your work (i.e., questions, interview strategy, etc.) on the task you have chosen. 

Your type written mental status exam should range in length from one to two pages, no longer than two pages.  As a component of this task you will post a brief reflection regarding your experience.
