Inventory
To do this assignment you must fill out either the College Life Stress Inventory
or the Social Readjustment Rating Scale
. Each inventory has a list of life events. Circle the events that have occurred in your life in the last 12 months. Each event has a number associated with it. To determine your score, simply add up all of the numbers associated with the events that you circled. If an event occurred more than once in a 12-month period, then you will need to multiply the number associated with that event by the number of times the event occurred. Read the instructions in the Stress Inventory Assignment Instructions
to determine which inventory is appropriate for you. You must turn in your answers to all of the questions on the assignment sheet in order to receive full credit. This assignment is worth 8 points. See the course schedule for the due date.
