400-600 words

Part 1

Having experienced a robust debate discussion regarding if these two laws should be flexible, it is time to shift gears a bit and consider the broader implications of changing laws from an ethical and philosophical perspective. Read thisarticle to frame this week’s discussion. Complete the following:

  • What is your initial perspective after reading the article?
  • Based on your review of the article, is there an ethical/philosophical consideration that supports/ challenges the article’s considerations?

Part 2: Based on the first initial of your last name:

  • First initial M-Z: provide an argument ‘FOR’ there being an ethical/philosophical reasoning for changing laws. Submit your position by posting in the Unit 2 Debate forum, under the ‘FOR’ topic.
  • First initial A-L: provide an argument ‘AGAINST’ there being an ethical/philosophical reasoning for changing laws. Submit your position by posting in the Unit 2 Debate forum, under the ‘AGAINST’ topic.

In both considerations, provide research that supports your assertions.

Hi, need to submit a 250 words essay on the topic How might ttemperature differ between urban & rural areas.

faces such as pavement store heat from the Sun during the day, which is then released at night, keeping cities hotter for longer periods of time” (Gillette & Hamilton, 2011, p. 74).

Which setting tends to be warmer on a given day and why? On a given day, therefore, it could be warmer in rural areas because heat is immediately reflected back in the form of energy. as compared to urban areas which absorb heat during daytime, but releases the heat at night.

Also, are there any factors other than albedo that might affect the temperature differences between the two settings? Aside from albedo, other factors that affect the temperature differences between urban and rural settings are: “weather conditions, urban

thermophysical and geometrical characteristics, and anthropogenic moisture and heat sources present in the area” (Taha, 1997, p. 99). The findings from the author revealed that the capacities of urban areas to address albedo through effectively harnessing albedo of roofing in homes and buildings, as well as in paving materials, in conjunction with efforts to plant trees enable urban areas to reverse the immense heat and could therefore have greater potentials to affect and reverse temperatures in their

Need help with my writing homework on Fitness Programs Funding. Write a 250 word paper answering; Counseling programs are also to be provided to the people to increase their awareness and education on physical health. This is important for them to be able to establish a relationship between health and fitness to improve their quality of life. The main aim of the program is addressing unfit behaviors in the community and emphasizing on the important of fitness as well as helping in the reduction of obesity and other health related issues associated with sedimentary lifestyles (Karsh & Fox, 2009).

Information in the proposal to make it convincing to funders

Information should be included in a grand proposal that makes it more appealing and convincing to the funders. This includes provision of a good statement need. It provides a rationale and a background for the proposal. It should establish the importance and needs for the project. Objectives and goals of the grand proposal need to be included. The objectives should be measurable, attainable, specific, and time bound. The methodology and ways to implement the project should be convincing and possible. The methodology gives an insight of how the problems addressed are solved. The evaluating tools should be well outlined and analyzed. Funding agencies want their grants to produce a maximum impact. Thus, the proposal should disseminate methods of maximum utilization of funds with accountability (Kaplan, 2012).

Hello, I am stuck designing a finite state machine that detects a specific 8-bit sequence (10100001) and when this sequence is detected the output of the circuit is 1 otherwise it is 0. The circuit has 2 inputs a logic 0 and a logic 1 input that enters the corresponding digit into the circuit. The tricky part is that after 16 bits are entered that don’t match the needed sequence (10100001) the system shuts off until the reset button is pressed. I also can’t use registers. Here are some more guidelines:There is no actual clock- the release of the push button (the 1 and 0 button) produces the transition that is used to trigger the flip flops (much like a clock would).Hint: You might put the outputs of the two push buttons into asynchronous inputs of a flip flops. The output of this flip flop is then used as the actual “input” value.I have started working on this problem, but where i run into trouble is the reset section as well as the asynchronous clock function. I need the circuit for this problem so then I can see what I did wrong and learn from there. An answer with some explanation would be helpful! The Due Date is final, I need time to study for the final and I can’t stay up late waiting for explanation. The price however, is negotiable to fit within the deadline. If you need any other information please let me know, I will be working on this all day anyways so I will be available.
