Internal Auditing in Law Firms. In this case, you are a new MBA hire and have been given this file to make a report concerning one of your company’s clients, Jack Rabbit Law, Inc. You know that law firms are scared of adverse publicity from billing errors, and are turning to internal auditors to catch problems before others do. Jack Rabbit Law caught one error before the bills went out. In two, out-of-town trials, one client was almost billed $10,200 for a hotel in which its attorneys didn’t stay. Before Jack Rabbit Law thought about hiring its own internal auditor, its former managing partner went to prison for cheating the firm and several clients of more than $836,000 which went unobserved. Some of the new internal auditors report to the head of the finance department. At other times, fearing a conflict of interest, they have their auditors report directly to the firm’s executive director or to the firm’s executive committee (e.g., like a Board of Directors). Jack Rabbit Law partners, however, are not sure of their own internal auditors at this point and the dual system in place. What can your firm–as an outside consultant looking after the law firm’s interests, suggest or do to relieve their concerns? List the parameters that would need to be put in place along with your own solutions to stop billing errors from going out. 500 word or more, references”

Yoda just got a job offer. The job is located in Awayville. Awayvilleis 70 miles north of Binghamton. Yoda wants to accept the joboffer, still live in Binghamton, and commute to Awayville on a dailybasis. This will result in travel expense relates to approximately 700miles per week. To make this plan work, Yoda needs a car that willget at least 25 miles per gallon of gasoline.Yoda goes to Darth’s Used Car Dealership. Yoda tells Darth thatYoda needs a car that gets at least 25 miles per gallon of gasoline. Yoda explains the Awayville job situation and Darth says, “Iunderstand – I will check my inventory – I will be right back.” Darthgoes into his office and looks through two different files of used carinventory. One file contains all cars that get over 25 miles per gallonof gasoline and the other file contains all cars that get under 25miles per gallon of gasoline. Darth selects a used car from the filethat indicates that the cars get over 25 miles per gallon of gasolineand says to Yoda, “Look at this car – it gets 30 miles per gallon ofgasoline.” Yoda buys the car and drives it to Awayville for oneweek. The car gets 10 miles per gallon of gasoline. Assume that Darth misfiled the car that Yoda bought, – that is….itwas mistakenly placed in the wrong file; it should have been put inthe file that gets under 25 miles per gallon of gasoline. DiscussYoda’s remedy.Assume that Darth did not misfile the car, but in fact, knew that thecar only got 10 miles per gallon of gasoline…and told Yoda that thecar gets 30 miles per gallon of gasoline. Discuss Yoda’s remedy. In both fact patterns above, present all relevant legal rules, concepts, and doctrines to support your discussion. Comment onthe postings of your classmates

Write a 17 page essay on Material Handling in KIZAD, UAE.

Receiving of raw materials to the factory is also part of material handling. It is to ensure the correct goods come to the organization and also leave the organization to the customer. The essay will expand on the role and benefits of KIZAD. The primary focus will be on material handling in KIZAD.

The Middle East is a world-class logistics hub due to its geographical location. This region has had significant developments in terms of material handling and warehousing. There has been much development in the logistic infrastructure part of UAE. Countries like Abu Dhabi have significant economic development due to the number of businesses that go through the country. There are materials that go through Abu Dhabi before they move to other regions in the world. It is a central point of moving goods across the world. It is, therefore, important that Abu Dhabi develops world class warehouses where the materials being transported are in safe hands. The warehousing business is now a significant part of the economy that has always been dominated by oil and gas. The material handling business in KIZAD has helped the economy grow by 6% every year thus making it enable vision 2030.

Abu Dhabi has a fast growth&nbsp.pace and the manufacturing industries at KIZAD are growing. The need to have warehouses where the materials have a safe handle is increasing on a daily basis. There is not enough knowledge concerning the fast growth of the economy, hence the need for more warehouses in Abu Dhabi. There have however been many warehouses cropping up due to the increase in demand and opening of the port last year. Lessons on how to handle this business are in need so as the goods remain protected and not get damaged during storage. It is important to understand the kind of goods one is handling, as different products require different attention.

Towers of HanoiSection 3.4 of Budd (pp 56-59) describes a recursive implementation of an algorithm to solve the Towers of Hanoi ‘game’. Write a program that implements the same algorithm using a stack data structure instead of recursion. Take one unit of work to be moving one disk from one tower to another tower. Have your program output the moves and the amount of work done. (Note that the stack should be used to represent pending moves, not necessarily the towers themselves. In the recursive algorithm, there is no actual representation of the towers or individual disks.) Estimate the order of your algorithm, and justify your estimate. Verify that your program works for 3 disks (as shown on p. 59). Try it for some different (but small!) number of disks. Check that the amount of work done varies according to your order estimate. Additional Requirements Level of Detail: Show all work IN C++ LANGUAGEI’m so sorry for the late response. I have been busy working and have not checked my email. I will upload the pages from the book l’m using which is called Data Structures in C++ using standard Template Library by timothy budd. cannot upload now by will do later when I get a chance. Thank you
