There are different types of organizational cultures but for a large organization that is undergoing major change, entrepreneurial culture will be most ideal. Basically, entrepreneurial culture is characterised by “high levels of risk taking, dynamism and creativity,” (Jackson & Schuler, 2000, p. 163). In this type of culture, there is high commitment to experimentation and innovation in the organization’s quest to produce new and unique products to the customers.
