Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Business Policy. It needs to be at least 7000 words.

According to the International Air Transport Association, the industry lost up to $8 billion in 2008 which is even greater than what was forecasted previously. The report uses a PESTEL analysis (See PESTEL Analysis: Appendix D) to scan the external environmental structure of the company. The business cycle of British Airways includes several parameters. This is due to the fact that airline industry is characterized by longer business cycle resulting from the lower profitability and for the lower shareholder returns. (Liehr, Nd, page 1). The marketing environment is constantly changing and with every change in the last few years airlines industry is being affected. The demand for the airline industry is highly income elastic. (“An analysis of British Airways Marketing Environment”, 2008) Thus the rise in the fuel prices last year and recent economic turmoil has affected the airlines industry in huge way as the passengers are avoiding more expensive air travels. According to a report by Air Transport association of America, the revenue generated from passenger travels for all airlines fell by 19 % during the month of February, 2009 when compared to February 2008. This is the forth consecutive month where loss is being recorded. The business sector, hit badly by the economic crisis are cutting back on their airline trips. British airways having ten flights operating daily between London and New York is among the worst hit. (“Lucrative Business class air travel hit by crisis”, 2009) The company saw a decline in 8.6 percent in premium traffic and 4.1 percent in non premium. (“Lucrative Business class air travel hit by crisis”, 2009)&nbsp. Also there are other factors which are directly affecting the industry. The events like terrorist attacks in the recent past closely linked with the airplanes may be considered as an external factor affecting air traveling. This assumption is based on the fact that these events lead to the introduction of strict security norms and regulation from the EU and US, affecting from summer 2006 resulting in a fall of customer traveling confidence.(“An analysis of British Airways Marketing Environment”, 2008). The intervention of Government rules and regulation were present in the areas of controlling the place of flight, the pricing policy etc. Also there are restrictions in the number and types of baggage that they carry, which ultimately is becoming the restriction on the part of the customers.

Need an argumentative essay on Pros and cons of pornography and why I think it is ethical. Needs to be 5 pages. Please no plagiarism.

It is made with the purpose of providing them with sexual pleasure. And anything that is joyful and pleasurable comes under the category of ‘Art and Aesthetics’, sexual or otherwise.

Since primitive times, art has been allotted a distinct position in our society, always with the sacred aim of entertaining people. But many social thinkers, activists, and feminists will raise their brows in anger and disgust if pornography is considered as an art. Only because it deals with the inhibited and secret sexual desires of men, pornography cannot be considered as art? Obviously the answer lies in the question itself. From childhood, a person is taught to look upon sex as a thing to abhor and not to talk about explicitly. Whatever question or doubt arise in his mind about this primal man-woman relationship, he learns to suppress them out of fear of being marked as ‘perverted’ in his social surroundings. Most of us sometimes grow up with the notion that “pornography, or any directly arousing material is somehow bad and wrong and that we shouldnt even want to look at it.” (Scarleteen, ‘Looking, Lusting and Learning: A Straightforward Look at Pornography’, n.d.). The Indian culture is very discouraging about sex and anything related to it. The habit of feeling guilty if talked or thought about sex is inculcated from childhood. But if the society teaches a person to develop a healthy attitude towards sex from the early days of his life then sex and pornography will appear to him in a totally different light than what he is made to see.

Whether pornography is morally ethical or not depends a lot on the level of sexual behavior of a particular society and age. For example it may be said, that the books of sex education used in many schools nowadays might have been considered as being ‘pornographic’ or ‘obscene’ decades

Compose a 2500 words essay on The view that powerful elites generate fear does not adequately explain the complexities within the news reporting of AIDS in Britain. Discuss. Needs to be plagiarism free!

African countries are affected by real epidemic, and the epicenter of the world most dangerous disease is located in Sahara Desert region where a half of population of the world is living at the moment. This information does not seem shocking for anyone in the world anymore because AIDS was covered in media substantially and effectively since the time of its discovery. It is well-known that a frightening and repulsive image of AIDS was created with the help of accurate metaphors and definitions (Cullen, 2003). Nevertheless, the question if the image of AIDS was constructed adequately to the severity of the epidemic or media has spread certain panic among readers remains actual and urgent, and Britain represents a particular interest for this study because real epidemic has never reached the island. The UK as well as many other countries of the world faces the complexities within the news reporting of AIDS, and the fact that powerful elites generate fear does not adequately explain them. In order to examine this question newsroom practices in Britain on reporting were studies closely.

First of all it is necessary to outline the history of the disease, its symptoms and consequences to understand how media should cover AIDS/HIV to create normal feedback from its auditory. UNESCO states that media as well as medical institutions and common people have to aim to reduce the quantity of people contracting HIV and relieve moral and physical pressure of those who are fighting with the disease. This is an established ethical principle when dealing with HIV and AIDS (Foreman, 2003). The first reporting of AIDS by media goes back to 1982 when several alarming articles were published in different American medical journals telling about this unknown mysterious disease. Much concern was expressed about it already due to high mortality of young healthy individuals and it was defined as threating and dangerous for public. But nobody could even imagine the degree of panic the
