Once you have selected an appropriate design, you must locate and review references developed by the primary methodologists associated with that design. It is also crucial that you circle back and revise their purpose and research questions to align with the selected design; reviewing for and revising to ensure alignment between the proposed research elements is part of the doctoral process.
