1.Blind spot

Method: An eye is tested at a time, with the other covered staring at a chart with an ant and a plus sign present on it. The right eye is focused on the plus sign. The paper is moved closer consequently the ant will disappear, the same s done with the other eye but instead of staring at the plus sign, the ant was the focus of the attention.

Results: At a specific distance, about 40cm while staring at the plus sign using the right eye, the ant disappeared to appear later at a closer prospect. The same happened with the left eye

Conclusion: The alternate object not being the focus of the eye disappears because it becomes the focus of the optic disc of the retina.
