I need help answering the following two questions:

Seventeen year old Jane likes to swim, but had problems breathing during a recent swim meet. Doctor diagnosed her with exercise-induced asthma. In exercise-induced asthma the body’s response to exercise is the exact opposite of the body’s need. Explain why! What can be done to help her?

Mr. Hanson just had a heart attack (myocardial infarction) at age 60. His dad died at age 55 and his brother also has an abnormal heart rhythm. He also has an elevated blood pressure. Mr. Hanson does not exercise regularly and often eats at fast food restaurants. What can he do to avoid having another heart attack?
