You need to be very specific here and provide ways that you plan to improve in each area of your academic conduct.  How will you stay on-task if you are granted re-admission?  How will you improve your academic performance in order to pass each class?  Although your overall performance is reviewed by looking at your final grades, your attendance in each Unit is considered as well.  We want to make sure you are in a good place to be successful to attend each assignment and pass each class.  It is essential that your response is very detailed in your steps to improve.
