I need to update the writing operation procedure (SOP) of the Adhesion Assay technique in this method section. Please find for my SOP i wrote so far and the Adhesion Assay technique from the article

At the same time, we expect that you will be able to write SOP that runs from the beginning of a technique through to the end of that technique. Given these limits and expectations, the SOPs that your group writes will certainly have missing information, but the overall procedures should be comprehensible from what you have written”
