The managers even got the name “Haier” from a technological supplier. The company then laid down strategies that would expand its name in China. It is after the company acquired the ISO certification. Raising its name both nationally and internationally helped boost the growth of Haier. Currently, the company commands a 30% share of the global market.

Haier had an ambition of reaching greater heights, from the start. The company had various internal strategies that helped the company reach the greater heights.
