1a) In Chapter 30, there is an example showing a particular sequence of 4 amino acids, and how they can be used to make an oligonucleotide probe. Let’s say Proline is added to this sequence as the fifth amino acid. Look up a codon usage table online and determine what the next three nucleotides should be for this probe.

b)In reference to the previous question, having now added Proline, how many differently sequenced oligonucleotides would you need in order to cover all possible sequences of genes? Explain your answer in detail.
