Even though I have actually moved from my native home and settled in a more modernistic society, where such occurrences are a common place, I felt the desire to help my sisters and mothers that, to them, the place is still a home. I felt the need to reach out to the various women who are undergoing the same problems as I used to see on childhood. The genre was mainly chosen as I felt that it was the best means of getting to reach people very quickly without serious hick ups in the system.

The project mainly focuses on creating a piece of work that may help instill into the masses a different perception of the entire world. This may be in terms of the various encouragements and activations that assist the target audience have a different point of view. This is to be done creatively. First, the creation of a poem is in itself a creative act, which may never yield results in case there is a lack of it thereof. Secondly, this piece is mainly aimed at getting the women and even the society as a whole informed about the various acts that may be considered inhuman.

The work is primarily meant to get the women informed. The main aim is for them to learn that there they are actually mistreated, yet this is something that should not exist. The society is also beseeched to listen and be in the shoes of the female gender. There should be equality in gender for a peaceful existence of the females. The perception of the women that they are less important should totally shift, and rather, equality should be embraced.
