1) Between March 24 and July 23, 2014, an outbreak of measles occurred in an Amish community in Knox County, Ohio (Gastañaduy et al, 2016).  A total of 355 cases of measles were identified among the 27,580 individuals younger than 40 years of age. It was estimated that, prior to the outbreak, 15% of those younger than 40 had received the measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccine.  Assuming the MMR vaccine confers complete protection from measles infection, calculate the attack rate of measles among those less than 40 years of age during the outbreak in this Amish community.
