I am writing a 10-12 page double spaced research paper on Minimum Legal Drinking in the United States for my writing in Criminal Justice class and I need help forming a basic outline to fill in information with research that I have found. It needs to cover keeping the legal drinking age the same and evidence to support that as well as lowering it to 18 and evidence to support that.
