Hi, need to submit a 1250 words essay on the topic Environmental Ethics Assignment 2.

111). From this description, the major functions of zoos are to maintain the animal species contained therein for safeguarding, learning, or display to the general community. Therefore, it is from such a definition that the immorality or morality of the issue can be weighed.

As such, one of the issues that make zoos be viewed as immorality is the fact that the animals kept there are taken out of their natural habitat. This means that as much as the zoo management may try to replicate the natural environment of any of the species, it never really recreates it in the exact manner especially due to space constraints. This results in the animals being confined in a small area, thereby making it more like a form of imprisonment. Additionally, the care provided at the zoo may not be what the animal actually needs (Lee and Holder 2007, p. 189). There are certain elements of the wild that are never fully met. Despite these drawbacks that tilt zoos towards immorality, the establishments have helped in the study of numerous species. This has been essential in tackling elements such as diseases that may threaten animal existence. From this, therefore, the immorality of zoos, or otherwise, is subject to the perspective from which it is viewed.

Tree Huggers is a term that is generally used to refer to individuals who are highly passionate about the environment to the point that they can literally do anything towards its conservation. The term originated from a past where individuals could actually hug trees so that they could prevent them from being cut down. They would achieve this by hugging the tree at precisely the point where the lumberjack’s axe is about to strike (Lee and Holder 2007, p. 267). Since then, the term “tree hugger” has been used to refer to people who are passionate about the environment. This act of tree hugging culminated into movements aimed at environmental conservation, extending well into the contemporary society. As

Complete 3 page APA formatted essay: Marketing coninstar company.

Meaning a significant change in price has little impact on quantity demanded. Therefore, a small change in prices does not affect such products (Coinstar, 2014).

Queency juice can be priced the same as those of competitors. it can be priced at a reduces price as compared to other market competitors or can be priced at a higher price. Coinstar may also consider cost-based pricing in order to regain costs that have been incurred in coming up with new product. Three approaches may be used:

Coinstar will introduce a new product, Queency juice, in the market by setting the prices to be high reason being the company offers a mystique and unique product that will be highly valued by customers. The product mainly targets affluent members of the society and is prestigious. The strategy is appropriate because it considers customers who are only willing to pay high prices hence potential customers will not be forced to buy the product (Smith, 2012).

The culture of Coinstar in promoting a new product involves participating in charity events, that are not only unreliable but also expensive and time consuming as it involve distributing Queency juice for free despite the higher cost of producing it.

During special events such as sports, the direct marketing executives will be involved in creating awareness about Queency drinks. The marketers will give free samples to the audience and the players so that the can have a test of the product. Customers will be taught about the new product free of charge. The Company will also create a new website where awareness of the new product can be created.

Advertisement is a very vital tool that can be utilized in product promotion. It should be catchy in order to stimulate demand. Coinstar will also participate in special events such as sports as a way of promoting its new product where free samples of the new product will be given to the participants. Promotional

I need some assistance with these assignment. how leadership is contributing to organizational effectiveness through improvement of communications in the firm Thank you in advance for the help! Effective leaders are able to function in a mentoring role and exhibit empathy towards their team members. These leaders are able to exert their authority without appearing overbearing or inflexible (Kayworth and Liedner, 2002).

A positive correlation has been found to exist between transformational leadership and the performance of the organization (Lowe et al, 1996). Transformational leaders are very effective within an organizational context because they are able to inspire their followers, provide support, mentoring and coaching for their followers and infuse them with their own enthusiasm and energy. The transactional leadership style is a more practical kind of leadership pattern and a good transactional leader recognizes the qualities in his followers and makes rewards contingent upon good performance, thereby also contributing to organizational efficacy. (Pillai et al, 1999). Within an organization that focuses on creativity and innovation, the transformational style may be effective, while a transactional style of leadership may be more appropriate for larger organizations where people do not work together in small close-knit groups.

The lack of good leadership communication skills or a failure of the leader to interact well with team members in order to provide a supportive working environment provides a badly managed business where organizational effectiveness is hindered. The wrong kind of leadership style may also impact unfavorably upon an organization and impede its effectiveness. In the context of an increasingly global environment where most organizations are subjected to intense competition, existing leadership styles may need revamping to be effective. This quantitative study, therefore, proposes to use a survey method in order to examine these two aspects of leadership in the context of organizational effectiveness.

In the case of the first question, the null hypothesis which is proposed is: “There is no relation between leadership skill development, leader behavior, supervision, and coordination on the team communication effectiveness.
