Q – Excellent explanation; is one preferred over the other and why/why not?A – I don’t believe one is preferred more than the other because they both have their flaws the single rate method allocates fixed cost and make them appear as a variable cost. This is bad because a company may take actions that could harm this as a whole. A good thing is that it allocates cost based of actual usage. A dual rate is based on budgeted usage. This is way i don’t see one as preferred more then another. Instructor’s Q – I like your logic; is there an advantage of one over the other in specific circumstances?Criteria – If answer is outside of our textbook, please provide your source or reference, if within, provide the page or pages.Reference – Horngren, C. “Nothing exposes the poverty of our current dialogue more than the discussion of national missile defense. Despite abundant evidence of the foolishness and danger of deploying a system that will waste vast domestic resources, the American voting public is given the choice between a candidate who embraces its land deployment and a candidate who wants to expand it to sea and space. will no national leader speak up for sanity and restraint?”

For each text your job is to add either implicit premises or an implicit conclusion so that the reasoning of the new argument is substantially better than that of the original argument. — What did the arguer leave out of their argument information that would increase their support and What is this information ?

a) what is the magnitude of the current needed to generate the force?

b) What direction of the current will cause the balance to register a positive mass reading?

7. (15 points) A 5.0 cm long copper wire resting on the plate of a pan balance (like in the lab) isplaced in a magnetic field produced by two permanent magnets as shown. The magnetic fieldPan Balancebetween the pole faces is 350 mT. The field is constant over the 1.5 cm wide pole face and dropsWireoff immediately outside the gap. The wire is connected to a power supply through two weightlesswires. The balance is tarred so that the weight of the copper wire is zeroed out when no current ispassing through the wire. The apparatus is shown viewed from above.Na)b)(10 points) What magnitude of current is needed to generate a force of 0.30 N?(5 points) What direction of current (a to b) or (b to a) will cause the balance to registera positive mass reading?S
