Hi, I am looking for someone to write an article on proposed compensation and benefits of wal-mart Paper must be at least 2250 words. Please, no plagiarized work! Employees should be allowed to join unions while the security of tenure should be provided to all full-time employees. Proposed compensation and benefits of Wal-Mart Introduction Although Wal-Mart offers its employees with various benefits and compensations like “health plan benefits”, “profit-sharing plans” and “ stock purchase plan”, there are certain challenges facing the organization since compensation procedures have not addressed the numerous employee complains (Wal-Mart Watch, 2007). A recent case happened in Oklahoma in 2007 when employees complained of compensation policies that included “cutting hours” and not hiring the employees in designations where they have proved competent and skilled (Wal-Mart Watch, 2007). The employees also complained that a number of them had been fired without any apparent reason. The above reasons are just some of the challenges which Wal-Mart employees. The employees are currently unsatisfied thus lowering their work productivity in the organization. The management should establish compensation and benefits policies that maximize employee productivity and motivation in the organization (Wall Mart, 2008). According to the current benefits and compensation plan, Wal-Mart claims that the package is competitive relative to other industries and organizations. The benefits package includes health benefits, profit sharing, retirement savings and stock purchase programs. All associates are eligible for health benefit for as little as $ 5 per month to a maximum of $ 8.&nbsp.

Wal-Mart contributes 2 percent of all eligible Associate’s annual salary or wages to the 401 (k) Plan after a one year waiting periods. Wal-Mart also contributes about 2 percent of each eligible Associate’s wages to the profit-sharing plan provided they have worked in the company for at least 12 months. In the stock purchase plan, the company contributes only 15 cents for each dollar of the company stock purchased by the employees through deductions in the payroll up to $ 1,800 of stock purchases in each plan year (Wall Mart, 2008). Wal-Mart compensation and benefits policies are inadequate since the company has engaged in “cutting hours” and employees are not hired in designations where they are talented. The company has also fired numerous employees without any apparent reason and explanation. Employee work motivation and productivity has declined thus leading to poor job performance and total productivity of the organization. Wal-Mart Stores Inc which is the largest private employer in North America has been accused of scaling down the health benefits offered to part-time employees and increasing the premiums deducted from most of the full-time employees’ salaries. Wal-Mart has engaged in cost-cutting measures to offset the slowdown in consumer spending which has affected the company revenues in the last few years (Wal-Mart Watch, 2007). The company has reversed the eligibility of part-time workers by requiring them to cover their children healthcare and reduced the co-payments for prescription drugs. Wal-Mart has denied most of its employees from working full-time thus reducing the health care benefits to the employees.&nbsp.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Summary of book. It needs to be at least 250 words.

These images present readers with printed and verbal vocabulary required by specialists, public representatives, and residents to analyze the unregulated expansion of the American urban landscape (Hayden 2006).

The book is a definitive narrative of contemporary words used by today’s architects and designers. A printed and visual dictionary for today’s property developers is necessary for keeping up with the pace of modern housing and all other physical elements that go with it. Metropolitan areas in the United States are structured around sustainable growth, where new expansive regions of vehicle-based buildings prosper while older districts fade away (Hayden 2006). Each of the images come with brief descriptions of their backgrounds in relation to their respective designers, as well as how they affect neighboring real estates. The transition from sprawl to sustainable urban settings causes Americans to resist sprawl guidelines or designs. In the process, challenging economic powers to pursue a steady and incorporated urban environment has not yet forfeited the mindless growth of

1). The creation of the Department of Homeland Security has affected the ability for administrator’s to reach their goals due to lack of technology and limited resources.

2.) There are a lot of resources available to fight both terrorist and traditional criminals but, less funding is allocated for traditional criminals.

3). The burden to pay for investigating, apprehending, prosecuting, convicting, sentencing and incarcerating terrorist should be placed on the government because the government is responsible for making sure that the citizens in this country are protected against terrorist attacks.

4). Osama Bin Laden should have been taken alive to face America as well as its courts for the criminal acts that he had coerced others into committing against the citizens of America on 9/11.

5). The due process question in light of the creation of the Department of Homeland Security relates to the fifth and fourteenth amendments of the  U. S. Constitution as well as in various state constitutions, which says that no person shall be  “deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law (First Principles).

6). Due process should matter in the war against terrorism because of the fifth and fourteenth amendment of the U. S. Constitution and America should not go against the rules that the government has set in place for that is a violation of the law.

According to Stojkovic, Kalinich, and Klofas (2015), the mission of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is to protect the  American people in their homeland.  Due to less funding being allocated to local criminal justice organization it is more difficult for administrators to meet their goals to prevent and fight crimes within their jurisdictions.  Sheriff’s across the country have been discussing their concerns about having limited funds to train, purchase equipment and hire more needed police officers for their organizations (Police Department, 2018). Although there are a lot of resources available to fight terrorist and traditional criminals the majority of funding is being allocated towards Homeland Security. One would have to understand that the history of policing goes back to working with the basic of using limited resources to work on the further development of community policing. The community is needed to assist in crime prevention.  The need to protect America’s borders and secure the government became a priority as of 911 and the central activity of the DHS requires dozens of directorates and components that involve thousands of personnel to perform its operations (2015). Osama Bin Laden should have been taken alive to face the consequences of terrorism against the American people.  He is entitled to due process because it is a law embedded within the U. S Constitution of America and it should not be violated no matter the crime.  Matthew 12:25 (NKJV) says, “But Jesus knew their thought and said to them: “Every Kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand.” Citizens of America should continue to obey its government despite the dilemmas that it would encounter as it moves forward.
