Select a neurological, psychological, or neurodevelopmental disorder.Write a 2,450- to 3,500-word paper comparing and contrasting three therapeutic interventions used to treat this disorder. Compare measures of effectiveness, such as validity, efficacy, symptom and behavior management, and recidivism. One therapy should be cognitive in nature, one should be pharmacological in nature, and the third should be an alternative therapeutic treatment.Identify common symptoms associated with your disorder and rates of symptom reduction or management as reported with the three treatments. Based on your research, what would be your approach to treating the condition? Identify which treatments you would use. Explain why.Analyze the neurophysiological underpinnings of diseases and disorders.Examine contemporary attitudes toward the three treatments you selected.Format your paper consistent with APA guidelines.Include 7 to 10 peer-reviewed sources.

Complete 8 page APA formatted essay: Appropriatness of alternative methodologies for different organizational configurations.

These sub-systems are an interrelated set of activities which are executed to meet the goals of the organisation (Luthans 1985, p. 22). Hicks and Gullet (1975 p. 14) defines an organisation as a specific design of structure, people, duties and procedures. Structure explains the form of departments, the pecking order and committees. The structure influences the organisations competence and effectiveness. People refer to the abilities, attitudes and social relations of the employees of the organisation. Duties or tasks refer to the goals of the employees and the organisation. Procedures refer to the methodical approach used to perform tasks. Organisational structure thus refers to the institutional arrangements and mechanisms for mobilizing resources i.e. physical, financial, information and human resources at all levels of the organization. Organisation has been defined differently by numerous people. However, all definitions generally contain these five common features:

Change can be said to be situations and events that occur in an organisation that have an effect in the way it operates (Huse and Bowditch 1973, p. 57). The effects can be positive or negative. There is need for organisations to embrace changes so that they can stay ahead of their competition. Several factors may necessitate change but this will be discussed later on in the paper.

The phrase “organisational change” is about a major change in the organisation which might include issues like reorganization or adding up a new product or service (Gortner, Mahler and Nicholson 1987, p. 63). This is in contrast to smaller changes such as implementing a new computer procedure. Organisational change can look like such a vague occurrence but it is helpful especially if you can think of change in terms of a variety of dimensions.

Organisations that offer services, either large or small scale, often view taking risks as the core of their business. True to

In a recent poll, 500 people were asked if they liked football, and 40% said they did. Based on this, construct a 99% confidence interval for the true population proportion of people who like football.

As in the reading, in your calculations:

–Use z = 1.645 for a 90% confidence interval

–Use z = 2 for a 95% confidence interval

–Use z = 2.576 for a 99% confidence interval.

Give your answers as decimals, to 4 decimal places.

Consider a simple poll that is measuring the proportion of citizens that hold a particular political belief. What is a conservative, “worst case scenario” sample size if you want the margin of error to be 2.3%? Sample Size =

A population of values has a normal distribution with μ=126.6μ=126.6 and σ=27.9σ=27.9. You intend to draw a random sample of size n=214n=214.

Find the probability that a single randomly selected value is less than 126.8. P(X < 126.8) =

Find the probability that a sample of size n=214n=214 is randomly selected with a mean less than 126.8. P(¯x < 126.8) =        Enter your answers as numbers accurate to 4 decimal places.

You measure 30 backpacks’ weights, and find they have a mean weight of 47 ounces. Assume the population standard deviation is 13 ounces. You measure the weight of 47 turtles, and find they have a mean weight of 32 ounces. Assume the population standard deviation is 6.9 ounces. In a survey, 12 people were asked how much they spent on their child’s last birthday gift. The results were roughly bell-shaped with a mean of $41 and standard deviation of $18.
