When the item is not present it likely leads to erectile dysfunction. This must be causing distress in the individual’s life to be diagnosed. This disorder tends to start in adolescence and is usually chronic (DSM, 2000).

This disorder involves cross dressing. Usually it is a male dressing in women’s clothing. While dressed as a woman he usually masturbates imagining himself as both partners in the sex act. This is not to be confused with a gender identity disorder. These individual prefer heterosexual relationships when they are not cross dressing. Generally the desire to cross dress diminishes with age or it may turn into gender dysphoria (2000).

Sexual Masochism involved an individual being humiliated, beaten, bound or made to suffer in some while during sexual intercourse or masturbation. This is all done to the paraphiliac either by himself or by having a partner help perform the acts. One very dangerous behavior involved in this is hypoxyphilia which is depriving them self of oxygen with can and has caused death (2000)

Sadism is when the paraphiliac derives sexual excitement form the psychological or physical suffering of a victim. Some individual with paraphilia are bothered by their sadistic fantasies which may happen during sexual activities but they do not act upon. These fantasies generally involve having complete control over their victim. At times a masochist and a sadist may join in consenting behaviors. Some can, however, perpetrate these fantasies upon others and when that happens they generally do not stop until caught (Weinstein & Rosen, 2004).

It is thought that this behavior is related to childhood experience. It may also be related to a neruopsychosociological need for heightened arousal. It may be an escape from rigidly controlled everyday roles, a punishment for sexual activity or guilt relief. Domination in known to relieve feelings of inadequacy

I will pay for the following essay Task 10-7 Education Technique. The essay is to be 8 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page.

The observed instructions entail conversation with the students for them to acknowledge the essence of the lesson. Furthermore, the utilization of identifiers limits confusion amongst the group members as evident in the color and shapes. Eventually, this creates a classroom where there is proper learning. The environment has enabled the creation of a positive environment where there is a good relationship between the students and their teacher. From the engagement of students in conversation and good relationship in class, the students are expected to learn to express themselves with confidence. For students’ higher understanding, they have to know what the teacher is saying, and ask questions or give their opinions. For example, the teacher asks, “do you have to work?”, while the students answer “yes” thus increasing the students’ engagement in class. The purpose of engaging students in class is to upgrade their performance and the entire school’s performance. The level of student engagement is high. There is the participation in group-work and this allows all learners to contribute in class for them to learn from their classmates and the educator. These students are involved in all activities and that makes them feel more encouraged to partake in the class and learn. This is evident as they move towards the objects that facilitate learning. As evident in the lesson, students are allowed to move during the beginning of the class in a manner that is not fashioned.

1.      A researcher would like to compare the observed newborn weights (DBWT), measured in pounds, for the following three groups: (1) newborns whose mothers developed gestational diabetes but did not have pre-pregnancy hypertension; (2) newborns whose mothers developed gestational diabetes and had pre-pregnancy hypertension; and (3) newborns whose mothers did not have/develop any of the following – gestational diabetes, gestational hypertension, pre-pregnancy diabetes, and pre-pregnancy hypertension.  Report the means and standard deviations of the newborn weights for these three groups in a single SAS table, and test whether the means of the first two groups, (1) and (2) above, are different from each other (you can assume normality for the purpose of this test).  Finally interpret the results of this test.  [40 points]

2.      Gestational diabetes (RF_GDIAB) has long been associated with a higher probability of pre-term labor (birth before the 37th week, for which GESTREC3 can be used).  Discuss the observed proportions for this example. Interpret the test of whether mothers with gestational diabetes are more likely to have a higher chance of delivery before the 37th week compared with those not having gestational diabetes. Also interpret the odds ratio provided by SAS, as well as the relative risk of a pre-term birth.  [25 points]

3.      The following code performs the following three distinct tasks: (1) reads the relevant data; (2) creates new variables; and (3) performs a test for whether, among the subgroup of countries who provide economic incentives (EI), which is a multi-category variable (1=Yes), birth rate in log-terms (BRL) is larger than death rate in log-terms (DRL) across a sample of multiple countries (rows of the dataset).  Both BRL and DRL are assumed to be normally distributed.  Based on this information, fill the blanks with the missing SAS commands and variable/dataset names, and fill the circles with any of the following missing symbols [{*},{.},{+},{ – },{>},{<},{;}].  [20 points – i.e., 0.5 points per item]
