please provide answer and let me know if you need the agarose gel information — it should be on the internet

3) Use the following agarose gel and information on page 44 of your lab manual to answer the questions below.I Lane 1+12: 1 kb DNA ladder Lanes 2-9: PCR products (5 uL each)Lane 10: 168 negative control Lane 11: rpoB negative control a) Lane 2 contains the (circle): l6S / rpoB PCR fragment. The molecules in this band are bp long. The mass of DNA in this band is ng and the DNA concentration of the PCR that was loaded intolane 2 was ng/ul. To set up a DNA sequencing reaction with 75 ng DNA, you need to add ul of your PCR, 1 ul of primer and ddeO to a total volume of 13 ul. b) Lane 3 contains the (circle): l6S / rpoB PCR fragment. The molecules in this band are bp long. The mass of DNA in this band is ng and the DNA concentration of the PCR that was loaded intolane 3 was ng/ul. To set up a DNA sequencing reaction with 75 ng DNA, you need to add ul of your PCR, 1 u] of primer and ddeO to a total volume of 13 ul.

In the future, a planetary crisis such as severe global climate change may force human kind to travel across the galaxy looking for a new home. suppose in the year 2317, a group of 507 human pioneers colonize a very distant and arid planet, diaptomus prime. this population has native life forms. in a population of native diaptomus primians, long antennae exhibit complete dominance over the short variety. the alleles that regulate antennae length are l (long) and l (short). in a population of diaptomus primians with a total of 100 individuals, 9 have short and 91 have long antennae. assume this population functions like life on earth and is in hardy-weinberg equilibrium at the antennae locus. individuals with antennae of different lengths seem to have the same fitness. if you sample diaptomus primians 100 years from now, what should be the frequency of individuals with short antennae

Complete 5 page APA formatted essay: Human Resourses in a Legal Context.

The only signed document between him and the employer was a document that detailed the nature of his duties as a temporary worker. There was, however, a written contract between the employer and the job agency. this contract, as established by the submission of documentary evidence to the employment tribunal, was explicit in its reference to all supplied workers as being temporary and deriving from the efforts of the job agency rather than the employer. There was, in short, no express contract between the worker and the employer, the worker was in all cases referred to as a temporary employee, and both the employer and the employee satisfied their respective duties and obligations.

The immediate dispute arose after the worker called in sick, and he spent approximately three weeks away from his physical place of employment. When he returned to work, he was informed that the agency had supplied a new worker and that his services were no longer required for this particular job. Consequently, he initiated an action alleging unfair dismissal. there being no express contract between himself and the employer, he argued that he ought to have been treated as an employee under the theory of implied contract. This is the main issue entertained and decided by the employment tribunal.

The tribunal was rather efficient and impatient with evidence and information which it deemed irrelevant or extraneous. A few questions were asked of live witnesses, but most of the evidence was presented in documentary form, supported by the arguments of legal counsel. A great deal of attention was paid to definitions, particularly to what constitutes an employee-employer relation under the Employment Rights Act. The worker had an opportunity to prevail because the tribunal and the legal representatives all agreed that a formal employment relationship could be established through either an express contract or an implied contract.
