Provide a 4 pages analysis while answering the following question: Offenders and Psychology. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. In the Table “Profile Characteristics of Disorganized Asocial Offenders” it is evident that there are a number of characteristics, which are appropriate in the process of offender personality’s studies. The status of the personalities in their communities is determined with respect to the following features: they have a limited intelligence, are involved in unskilled work and have a few contacts with other members of the community. These persons show the following types of post-offense behavior, such as turning to the place, where the crime was committed. having a visual collage of criminal events etc. After that, when the crime was committed, a disorganized criminal can hardly change a place of his residence, because he is used to his familiar environment. It is possible to differentiate a disorganized asocial offender from the organized nonsocial offender. The former offender would commit his crimes at night, as a rule. For this type of offenders, it is very important to be understood and supported. Establishment of positive relationship with this personality is very beneficial in the process of investigation. Moreover, the interviews are more effective with these offenders at night, when it is their “best time”. The features of the organized nonsocial offender can be interpreted in the following way: this type of the offender would be more organized in his daily life. They are lonely persons and they do not want anyone else around them. These persons have an average level of intelligence and they can be active members of the society. These offenders can have his personal relationship and he can even make a good impression (Interview with S. Milena Halterman, 2010). This type of offenders can go to many other places, which are far away from their neighborhood. Post-offense behavior of the organized nonsocial offenders is as follows: he is interested in the consequences of the crime, committed by him. Moreover, “organized&nbsp.crime&nbsp.scenes&nbsp.reflect&nbsp.a&nbsp.high&nbsp.level&nbsp.of&nbsp.control&nbsp.by&nbsp.the&nbsp.offender&nbsp.where restraints&nbsp.are&nbsp.used&nbsp.and&nbsp.the&nbsp.body&nbsp.is&nbsp.disposed&nbsp.of&nbsp.in&nbsp.a&nbsp.thought out&nbsp.manner, usually&nbsp.transported&nbsp.to&nbsp.another&nbsp.location&nbsp.from&nbsp.where&nbsp.the&nbsp.murder&nbsp.took&nbsp.place” (Holmes& Holmes, 2009). During the interview sessions, it is relevant to confront these offenders directly, because they are afraid of direct facts. A single-interview strategy is one of the most appropriate for them. These offenders can tell everything sincerely during the interviewing. Therefore, it is appropriate for the criminologists to focus on the peculiar personal features of the offenders in order to determine possible options of serial crime prevention and a proper investigation conduct of every particular case. Thus, the modern paradigm of criminology should be focused on researches and studies, which are concentrated on the peculiar aspects of offenders’ behaviors. Question 2 In the modern paradigm, it is very important to know that there is a strong relationship between social and psychological issues of the criminals and the actions committed by them. Psychological&nbsp.profiling has been developing since 1940 and this field was developed for investigation of serial crimes (Schlesinger 2009). The basic points, outlined in this field of study are: characteristics of the&nbsp.offender,&nbsp.time factors, modus&nbsp.operandi, offender’s&nbsp.and&nbsp.signature and&nbsp.staging (Holmes & Holmes, 2009).&nbsp.There is a great need to take into account organized vs.&nbsp.

I asked this question earlier, but I am having trouble figuring out how the tutor got to the final equation.

My question: “I need help figuring up how to set up the problem to solve this. I can get the answer by playing with the numbers in excel so both ages are the same, but my instructor requires me to show how I calculated to actually get those numbers and just manipulating them does not count. The formula we are given to calculate this is:

T(rocket)=T(Earth)*SQRT(1-((v/c)^2)

The duration of the trip by YOUR clock is A + T = B + T*sqrt(1-v^2/c^2).

Explanation:

Suppose your age today is A, and your older relative’s age today is B.

You send him to travel at speed v for duration T by YOUR clock, so by his clock he will age by T*sqrt(1-v^2/c^2).

You want him and yourself to be of the same age when he returns, so you want A + T = B + T*sqrt(1-v^2/c^2).

From this equation you can find the duration of the trip needed (by YOUR clock) T = (B – A)/[ 1 – sqrt(1-v^2/c^2)] .”

Revised question: I was able to use the final equation and it works, but I am having trouble deriving how to get from A + T = B + T*sqrt(1-v^2/c^2) to T = (B – A)/[ 1 – sqrt(1-v^2/c^2). I have been playing with it algebraically and I can’t get it to make sense.

Need help with this code in RAPTOR…….

5. Assume you have created a mechanical robot that can perform the following tasks:

Stand up

Sit Down

Turn Left 90 Degrees

Turn Right 90 Degrees

Take a Step

Additionally the robot can determine the answer to one test condition:

am i touching something?

Place 2 chairs 20 feet apart, directly facing each other. Draw a structured flowchart AND write Pseudocode describing the logic that would allow the robot to start from a sitting position in one chair , cross the room, and end up sitting in the other chair.

6. Draw a structured flowchart and write pseudocode that describes the process of guessing a number between 1 and 100. After each guess, the player is told that the guess is too high or too low. The process continues until the player guesses the correct number.

Root Cause Analysis

  1. 1-2 page narrative cover letter (This is where you introduce your topic and include referenced information from the 5 articles you chose to do annotated bibliographies on.  Refereneced information from all 5 articles must be inlcuded.
  2. Completed Root Cause Analysis Action Plan Framework Template
  3. An APA Reference list.
  • 1-2 Page Narrative Cover Letter:

Typed narrative cover sheet (1-2 pages in length) providing the context for the event and suggestions for changes in policy/procedure, which would assist in prevention of future occurrences of the same type. Remember the discussion post you did in Week 2 describing the error you would evaluate? Consider revising that post in light of everything you have learned this term and using it as your cover letter.

  • Completed Root Cause Analysis Action Plan Framework Template:

Do this part first! Download the “Root Cause Analysis Action Plan Framework Template” (attached to the top of this page), and answer each of the questions. Make sure you follow the instructions on the form. Answer all of the questions in the template. If you identify a finding that is a Root Cause, you mark is as needing an Action Plan (yes or no).  If it is marked Yes, you address the Plan in the Action Plan section of the Template. Also regarding the Action Plan item, list the Responsible Party (RN, CNA, MD, LPN, etc) and the Method: Method: Is the Action Plan item related to: Policy, Education, Audit, Observation or Implementation.

  • Reference List:

Compile all parts of the annotated bibliography you created into one single reference list.

Cut and paste all 3 parts of the assignment into 1 WORD document
