For this week’s individual case assignment, I ask that everyone first read the preceding section in the text entitled ‘How To Conduct a Case Analysis’.  If this is your first exposure to working with analyzing a business case, it can seem daunting.  However, I plan to role this out with you in conjunction with our progress with the text.  For example, we will take an incremental building block approach.

Use the format posted in the announcement section (nine sections) of the course.  Include all detailed information for sections  1 through 5.  Based on section 5, you will have your focus for section 6.

As you will see in the case, many changes have occurred in the marketplace for McDonald’s.  For any company with longevity, this is often the case.  Any company which does not make the effort to formally question/examine itself (as you will do in section 6), can quickly find it is meeting the needs of a market that either no longer exists or is no longer strategic.  With that in mind, answer the following in your analysis:

What are McDonalds’ stated target markets? Can they be addressed with a consistent single strategy?Which, if any, of these target markets, are key to future growth? What courses of action would you explore?Be precise; support your reasoning for each question.

For section 6, I want your analysis portion of the case to focus on what is covered in this unit’s reading:

Compose a 1750 words essay on Innocent Drink. Needs to be plagiarism free!

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the strategies that had been adopted by Innocent Drinks to become one of the most popular brands in the fruit smoothies market. The aim is to evaluate ways in which a company had implemented its strategies to rise from a humble beginning and becoming a major market player. One of the most interesting facts about this company is that its organizational structure has gone through massive changes that had impacted overall business.

The organizational structure of a company refers to its shape or hierarchical structure. The organizational structure describes allocation of tasks, supervision and coordination that helps in achieving desired goals. In case of Innocent Drinks, the company was set up by Richard Reed, Adam Balon and Jon Wrigh and was initially funded by Maurice Pinto (a wealthy businessman). The company had a little more than hundred staff while commencing the operations. There was minimal hierarchy in the organization. The unique feature about Innocent Drinks is that it does not own any of the juicing facilities. The company simply contracts the work of manufacturing smoothies to different sites.

The growth of the company in first six years of its establishment is nothing less than a success story. By 2005, the company became the fastest growing smoothie company in U.K. Constant product innovation has been one of the most important factors that had contributed to growth of the company. The reason behind growth of the smoothie market in U.K. can be assessed with the help of PESTLE factors.

Political: The political environment in the U.K. is stable that had enabled fast growth of the fruit smoothie industry. The U.K. government required a smoothie manufacturing company to state whether the products that is being produced is either concentrated fruit juice or pure fruit juice. Also, the government had been promoting anti-obesity campaigns and promoting development of health drinks (Rao, 2004).

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on ClamDoor. It needs to be at least 2500 words.

The company found out that to increase traffic to ClamDoor.com marketing campaign should be the most efficient idea to implement which will in turn grow direct sales to homeowners. They believe in speed, quality service and investing in high-quality machinery, which increases productivity. A SWOT analysis shows that ClamDoor lack a well-organized manufacturing process, the use of single mold system is incapable of increasing production in case of high demand. Moreover, they products are easy to install, installation tips and guides are always on the website. Products are highly priced compared to their competitors whose prices are much lower. ClamDoor’s lowest priced cellar door is $1,490. Roughly, double the price of the top selling cellar door Bilco Classic Series, Powder Coated Steel Door. A projection shows that they will use a budget of up to $42,000 to make a profit of $48,000. The projections solely depend on the assumptions that the company’s sales will increase, and production cost will reduce. In addition, they make utility by assuming that there will be no interferences from the government and industry regulation, and production will increase. The company strategy understands that technology has changed for the past years and is still changing and perceives that internet strategy must be seriously covered. a good website must be developed immediately.

They manufacture high-quality bulkheads that are 100% weather-tight and energy efficient with 100% fiberglass. The ClamDoors are durable and do not rust, they are easy to install and weigh much less than steel doors (Akyol 4).

ClamDoor’s main objective is to build a brand awareness to expand market share on local and international level. Other objectives are to reduce production costs in order to reduce product cost, to access the total cost of sales through large retailers and increase online orders at their website. ClamDoor
