Compose a 2000 words assignment on conducting a needs assessment process that aims at assessing the current problems relating to the way trash is managed. Needs to be plagiarism free! Clear government policies and competent bureaucracies for management of solid wastes are needed urgently especially in countries where there is rapid population growth through urbanization into peri-urban areas. Services and programmes that include proper waste disposal for management of hazardous biological and chemical wastes, minimisation and recycling will be needed.

Waste disposal is usually done commonly done by dumping (on land or into water bodies), incineration or long term storage in a secured facility. All these methods have varying degrees of negative environmental impacts with adverse environmental and health risks if wastes are improperly disposed or stored.

Waste management in developing countries must emphasize and be linked to the creation of jobs, poverty alleviation and community participation. Too often authorities in poor Third World cities seek to imitate the technology and equipment used in developed countries. This is misguided and linked to corruption through kickbacks from purchases of transport fleet or from contractors. Often does not make economic and social sense for the poor. For example, there is often an informal sector of refuse collectors and scavengers that has developed their livelihoods from the collection and sales of materials. They minimise the volume of wastes to be collected for disposal. Adoption of waste management systems from developed countries will reduce access to garbage and displace such informal refuse collectors and scavengers, who end up poorer than before the “development” plan was implemented. Further, households in many developing countries do not sort their garbage (as done in industrialised countries) and so the adopted technology will simply collect to dispose of all wastes without recovery of reusables and recyclables.

National policies should promote efficiency in the use of resources, emphasizing waste prevention and the productive use of wastes. There is increasing evidence that community-based approaches to waste management can promote more sustainable development.&nbsp.

Write a 2 page essay on Nursing RN-BSN International Travel Program Application.

I believe this opportunity will open the windows for me to excel in the professional requirements for the international exposure in the forthcoming years of my career.

I humbly state that I am a philanthropist with considerable values of life which guide me along the path of spiritual perfection and professional excellence for a stable social life. I believe in the saying “Serve Humanity and you will serve the God”, which has influenced me a lot since my childhood. My family god-fearing family background is the basic reason for this. As young as 8 year old, I was inspired by the societal contributions of Florence Nightingale and Mother Teresa. They have profoundly inspired me to achieve the position of a nurse in the community services right since my school days. The I know that Linfield provides us a truly international exposure with the professional integration of international culture and community healthcare along with quality education and enough personal reputation to assure my existence in the competitive job market.

The very thought of having an opportunity to travel abroad thrills me now as it can get me chances to fulfill my dream of nursing the categorically undeserved communities outside my country. Another prospect of taking up this traveling venture is the unlimited scope of learning the culture and social life patterns of the socially interior people and their healthcare solutions. In my specific plans for this visit, I would like to help the community in general and especially the inpatients facing inferior health conditions due to lack of proper medical facilities and the absence of humanitarian approach from the caregivers. This international experience will bring in me, the faith to help someone struggling for his survival. I would choose the neglected places around the globe as my workplaces. My intention will be to know as much as I can about the host country before making my travel arrangements. I will make sure

Compose a 500 words essay on Psyc learning and cognition. Needs to be plagiarism free!

Following that sad experience, I developed mixed feelings of disappointment, anxiety, and stress on grounds of shame I felt before the whole class, as I was yelled at furiously by that teacher. Therefore, sitting for a test became an unconditioned stimulus for me while anxiety formed an unconditioned response. The other science teacher who employed the amazing tool of classical conditioning tried removing the link between my past experience and anxiety, and this became clear to me soon after he became our regular teacher. He assessed the general outlook and mood of every single student in the classroom, and later used to apply diverse techniques to work upon the weaknesses noticed. In my case, he very carefully and subtly paired the stimulus of test with praiseworthy and encouraging words, due to which the anxiety I previously used to feel upon being asked a question got replaced with positive conditioned response of confidence. That is how classical conditioning acted as a benefit for me because it removed negative stimuli to develop positive behavior.

Instrumental conditioning can be used to both strengthen and repress a certain behavior by way of encouragement or reprimand, respectively. The probability of how long instrumental conditioning could last depends on the severity of reward or punishment. In my freshman year, I developed the studious habit of remaining homebound and reading a lot in order to get past the tough subjects I had taken. Learning way more than my batch mates earlier than required also fomented my confidence level, which particularly skyrocketed nearly every time a teacher used to ask any question during a lecture. Though volunteering to answer a question by raising hand is always thought to be a good student practice, and I was also appreciated upon doing so, which reinforced this particular eager behavior of mine to answer questions. But, it is undeniably true that excess of everything is bad. On being encouraged and praised before the
