Brilliant Color is a small supplier of chemicals and equipment that are used by some photographic stores to process 35mm film. One product that Brilliant Color supplies is BC-6. John Kubick, president of Brilliant Color normally stocks 11, 12 or 13 cases of BC-6 each week. For each case that John sells, he receives a profit of $35. Like many photographic chemicals, BC-6 has a very short shelf life, so if a case is not sold by the end of the week, John must discard it. Since each case costs John $56, he loses $56 for every case that is not sold by the end of the week. There is a probability of 0.45 of selling 11 cases, a probability of 0.35 of selling 12 cases and a probability of 0.2 of selling 13 cases.

Solve the following table and answer:

a. Construct a decision table for this problem and include all conditional values and probabilities in the table

b. What is your recommended course of action?

c. If John is able to develop BC-6 with an ingredient that stabilizes so it no longer has to be discarded how would this change your recommended course of action?

: Probabilities Expense per Case 556Profit per Case 535 1. Complete Table above2. Calcultae using Profit

Hi, need to submit a 250 words essay on the topic Short on ethics perspective in applied leadership.

In the Kant categorical imperative perspective, the company should do what is right. Matters considered right always have benefits to the people that require showing concern to other people. Besides, what is right for the company require acceptance from the majority hence considering their opinions.

Communitarianism deals with considering the responsibilities in the community rather than a single individual. In the organization, this ethical perspective focuses on promoting the values that people share in addressing differences in the cultures. In the process of addressing the cultural difference and using only universal values, leaders always show concern for every individual and implements altruism in the process. Considering others rather than a single individual is an action that is in altruism. The showing of concern before and in the process of trying to promote communal values is an act of altruism. Hence, it is justifiable to state that altruism is the prerequisite of other ethical perspectives such as utilitarianism and communitarianism. I will pay for the following essay Argumentative : Is Feminism needed in America Argue Yes. The essay is to be 4 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page.

As a means of answering such a question, the analysis will first consider what those who support a further form of feminism might say with regards to the prospect that the future holds and what extant need may still exist for feminism. Once this has been discussed with a level of depth and clarity, the analysis will then move on to some of the reasons for why such an approach necessarily guarantees that there will be perennial requirements for further feminism within the United States and elsewhere. Some of these requirements are concentric upon the religious mores that are currently exhibited within the current system. whereas others are merely an example of history and the cultural determinism that has helped to define the United States in the way that it is. Finally, the last portion of the analysis will argue the position of the author with relation to this issue.

Those that put forward the belief that a further feminism is required in the United States generally point to sociological/demographic data. As such, this data helps to prove the point that a mere 60 years ago the presence of women in the workforce and their integration into distinct segments of society was practically unheard of. Naturally, the greatest liberation that was the culmination of this was the widespread availability of cheap contraceptives in the form of birth control pills. As history has proven, societies in which women have control over their biological clocks have the ability to pursue higher education, careers, and personal fulfillment without being saddled with the responsibilities of family prior to the time in which they would otherwise choose to do so. Moreover, as a function of these recent development in the rights of women, specifically within the United States, but increasingly in other parts of the developed and developing
