write my assignment 28381

In this part of the assignment you will get practice in recursive backtrack programming and with some of the Java bitwise operators. Your objective is to write a program for solving mazes and for counting the number of solutions to a maze. We supply the code for creating a good-looking random maze.

We will think of the maze as being stored in a two-dimensional array m[][] of integers using the explanation given below. Take a look at the output further down for other examples of mazes using this encoding.

/*============================================================*/8<– encodings of various directions around a cell2//+–+–+a maze and its representation+–+ +11 06+–+–+//initial maze contents returned by constructor16 15 15 1616 15 15 1616 16 16 16///*============================================================*/

A template for your program may be found here:ProgramTemplate.txt. You should understand the code in this template before writing any code of your own. Some aspects of the code form part of the written questions below. Note that a random number generator is used to produce the maze and knock down walls. A seed is provided to the generator, so that we can reproduce exact mazes over and over.

You should not change any of the code unless there is a comment asking you to. As always, you can add additional methods. You should not need any additional classes.

With the main as provided, java Maze 3 3 should produce the output shown below. Make sure you understand how the numbers correspond to walls. In the second output one wall has been removed, and there are now two possible solutions. The third output shows the solution to the first maze; each cell along the solution path has 16 added to the initial cell number.

NOTE: Each solution path is between the upper left corner and the lower right corner.

9 10 12 5 13 5 3 6 7Solutions = 1 9 8 12 5 5 5 3 6 7Solutions = 225 26 28 5 13 21 3 6 23

Andjava Maze 12 12should produce the following output.

9 8 10 10 8 14 9 10 10 8 10 12 7 5 11 10 6 9 2 14 9 6 9 6 9 6 9 10 12 3 12 9 6 11 2 14 1 10 2 14 1 14 5 3 10 12 9 12 5 9 12 9 6 9 6 9 12 3 6 5 3 6 7 3 10 2 10 4 3 14 9 4 9 10 10 10 10 12 13 5 9 10 6 7 3 10 12 9 12 3 6 5 3 10 10 12 9 12 5 7 3 8 12 3 10 8 14 5 5 7 3 12 9 6 3 12 11 6 9 6 5 9 12 5 3 10 12 3 10 12 3 12 3 6 3 2 10 10 6 11 10 2 10 6Solutions = 1 9 8 10 10 8 14 9 10 10 8 10 12 7 5 11 10 6 9 2 14 9 6 9 6 9 6 9 10 12 3 8 8 6 11 2 14 1 10 2 14 1 14 5 3 10 12 9 12 5 9 12 9 6 9 4 9 12 3 6 5 3 6 7 3 10 2 2 4 3 14 9 4 9 10 10 10 10 12 13 5 9 10 6 7 3 10 12 9 12 3 2 4 3 10 10 12 9 12 5 7 3 8 8 2 10 8 14 5 5 3 2 12 9 6 3 12 11 6 9 6 5 9 12 5 3 10 12 3 10 12 3 12 3 2 2 2 10 10 6 11 10 2 10 6Solutions = 1225 24 10 10 8 14 25 26 26 24 10 12 7 21 11 10 6 25 18 14 25 22 9 625 22 25 26 28 19 28 25 22 11 2 1417 26 18 14 17 14 21 19 26 28 25 28 5 9 12 25 22 25 22 9 12 19 22 21 3 6 7 19 26 18 10 4 3 14 25 20 9 10 10 10 10 12 13 5 25 26 22 7 3 10 12 9 12 3 6 5 19 26 26 28 9 12 5 7 3 8 12 3 10 8 14 21 5 7 3 12 9 6 3 12 11 6 25 22 5 9 12 5 3 10 12 3 10 12 19 28 3 6 3 2 10 10 6 11 10 2 10 22

There are two types of non-traditional lending that I would like you to explore this week; micro-lending and crowdfunding.

Micro-lending, making very small loans to individual entrepreneurs, is gaining popularity.  Organizations like Accion and Grameen Bank are pioneering micro-loans to entrepreneurs all over the world.  Most of these loans are only a few dollars, but often they allow poor individuals to start small businesses.  Providing someone the funds to start business supports the old adage that, “It’s better to teach someone to fish so they can eat for a lifetime instead of giving someone a fish so they eat for just one day.”  Note:  The only problem with this statement is that there needs to be a place to fish available, but that’s another issue.

One of the major startup financing changes allows “crowdfunding” for business financing.  Crowdfunding is the solicitation of funds from small investors via the internet.  This is not a new idea, but using it for funding businesses has often conflicted with federal securities law.  The 2012 JOBS act establishes the rules required to use crowdfunding and be in compliance with federal law.   Websites such as LendingClub, Kickstarter, Indiegogo, and Prosper are examples of crowdfunding.  The What is Crowdfunding? or How Crowdfunding Will Change the Worldvideos will provide more information.

Please take some time to visit the sites and watch the videos; then share your thoughts.

Write a 1 page essay on Persuasive Paper Against Teenage Pregnancy.

For this reason, it is likely for teenagers who got themselves pregnant at a young age to face economic problems after giving birth.

Aside from the socio-economic impact on mother, teenage pregnancy could also affect the health of the mother since unprotected sexual activity increases their risk of becoming infected with sexually transmitted diseases like HIV, Gonorrhea and Chlamydia (Manlove, Terry-Humen and Papillo).

Almost all teenage women who become pregnant at an early age are not mentally, physically, psychologically, and financially prepared for this kind of responsibility. Because of mental and emotional stress associated with teenage pregnancy, the overall well-being of the child becomes affected. Other than having a higher tendency for premature and low birth weight (Martin, Hamilton and Sutton), children born out of wedlock are most likely to suffer from physical and emotional abuse as they grow older (Hoffman).

Having a teen pregnancy at home can influence younger children. Since the family members had no other choice but to accept the situation as it is, incidence of teenage pregnancy would gradually become an accepted behavior and family pattern (East and Jacobson, The younger siblings of teenage mothers: a follow-up of their pregnancy risk. East). In line with this, the negative socio-economic and health consequences associated with teenage pregnancy become a long-term cycle.

Since teenage pregnancy could negatively affect young women’s future socio-economic status, work opportunities, the mother’s health, the well-being of the child, and the psychological and emotional condition of the family members, teenage pregnancy should be prevented by providing the students with early sex education. By doing so, young women can protect themselves not only from getting infected with sexually transmitted diseases but also the health and socio-economic consequences of becoming

You work as a database administrator for a software company, Human Scale LLC, which markets hosted software applications that support human resource management. The application database resides on a SQL Server 2012 instance, and for security reasons the company has chosen to install a separate instance of SQL Server for each client. When you joined the company, you noticed that they used the installation wizard for all new installations. This was sustainable for a while but now the company is taking on many new clients each week. Additionally, you have noticed several differences in the configuration parameters between instances, even though each instance should be based on standardized configuration settings. You have decided to raise your concerns to the chief technology officer (CTO). Complete the following:

•Explain why you believe an unattended installation using the command prompt and a configuration file will improve the installation process efficiency and consistency when deploying new instances of SQL Server 2012.

• The CTO is concerned that there may be other inconsistencies between the different instances of SQL Server 2012. Based on the knowledge that you have gained from Chapter 2, describe how you could check the configuration parameter values that were used for any given installation.
