How would you evaluate if your strategies to reduce turnover were “successful”?

Your response to this question should include applicable quantitative and qualitative metrics used for evaluation purposes.

Sorry I posted the wrong attachment earlier. This is the correct one.

APA Format like this with URL;

APA

The most common problem is typically with directly quoted material.  When you quote directly (under 40 words), you need to include quotation marks around the passage(s) used, along with the author’s last name, date of publication and page number (or “n.p.” for “no page”).  If the passage is over 40 words it is indented vs. quotation marks, the other citation information is the same.  When you paraphrase material or have used it as a general reference, this means it is in your words.  The correct method of citation is just the author’s last name an date of publication.

Examples:

Direct Quote:  “The ADA provides that qualified individuals with disabilities may not be discriminated against” (Bernardin, 2013, p.86)

Paraphrased: The Americans with Disability Act was passed in 1990, which essentially extends the concept of equal employment to those that have disabilities (Bernardin, 2013).

This may seem like a small difference, however in academia, it is extremely important to not only give credit where credit is due, but also to clearly distinguish your words from someone else’s.

Finally,. the “rule of thumb” in terms of resources is that approximately 80% of  any given assignment, paper, case study, etc should be authored by you with resources (paraphrased or directly quoted) accounting for the remaining 20%.  Resources should not be used in lieu of your own words, thoughts and ideas, they should instead be used to support your thoughts and ideas.  Any assignment with little or no authored content of your own, will not receive credit.

This professor is very particular.

I had assigned this to a tutor and the date I needed it was yesterday but she doesn’t have it done and she won’t answer me. So I am having to reasign it and I need it done by 9pm tonight. Sorry for the short time. But the tudor I had screwed me. I am already at 50 points off this assignment.

I need help creating a thesis and an outline on The Issues of Ethics, Character, Leadership, and Service. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. It is very frustrating. The amount of good, middle-class paying jobs have significantly been reduced, and quite a number of jobs that are boosting employment statistics include many unskilled or low-skill jobs such as jobs at McDonald’s (the fast-food chain), and other such forms of employment. This was just some background to demonstrate what is happening in our economy. Basically the rich are getting richer—remember the tax cuts for the top 3 or 4 percent of the wealthiest people in the U.S. who own a majority of the nation’s wealth? And obviously, the poor are getting poorer. One in seven Americans is living below the poverty line. Now, for someone to have to live below the federal poverty line, basically you have to make a certain lesser amount than what would generally be considered middle-class. Many college students have had to go back to live with their parents—in some cases, even after they have gone to grad school and maybe have gotten married…with children. Thirty million Americans are currently on some form of government TANF aid like food stamps.

When the food runs out, what will people do? They might riot. Cities could become desolate, Chicago could become Detroit…it is all a domino effect just waiting to happen. The cities would become breeding grounds for violence. Basically, the fact that the average American worker has little or no say in his or her paycheck, or interest in his or her work, is severely limiting the potential of what this nation could truly do—if the Administration puts people to work, for example, in a Great Depression era-style public works program like the WPA, employing people from all walks of life. Something must be done now, as in—immediately! People need jobs and the fact that there are gaps in some peoples’ resumes are now grounds for discriminating against hiring people. Peoples’ work histories do not fit neatly into bubbles. Many people go through periods in their lives where they were perhaps living at home with their parents, and were perhaps going to school and were not employed—even if it’s just for one summer.

I’m sure that you savvy sales professionals can sense that Salesforce makes a very convincing case for how their platform benefits selling organizations. Trailhead modules like Grow Your Business With Sales Cloud,  Sell the Salesforce Way, Close Deals Faster and Sell Your Services make it pretty clear that Salesforce knows what sellers are looking for. But…here’s an intriguing question. What’s in it for customers?  What benefits do end customers realize when their suppliers invest in a Customer Relationship Management System?

Task – Go to Trailhead. Use the search box at the top of the page to search for trails/modules that speak to how Salesforce ultimately makes life better for end customers.

Hint – think of common customer pain points that Salesforce might address (“my supplier doesn’t understand my needs”, “they don’t communicate well across functions”, “the customer service people don’t know what the sales rep sold to me”, “they don’t come out quickly on service calls”, they don’t keep good records of my issues”, “they don’t measure customer satisfaction effectively”, they don’t understand my business”, “they don’t empathize”, “they don’t love me anymore”, etc.)

Hint – use search terms that will yield customer-centric Salesforce features and modules (customer research, customer service, customer satisfaction, empathy, customer experience management, etc.).  Remember that one of Daniel Pink’s New Selling skills was “Perspective Taking”. That’s what we’re doing here. We’re flipping CRM around and looking at it from the customers’ perspective. .

Start out YOUR post with the words “As a customer, I want my suppliers to have a CRM system because…”. BE AN INDIGNANT CUSTOMER!   First identify the “Pain” (how suppliers fail their customers) then identify the “Gain” (how suppliers will do a better job with CRM). Be specific!  Don’t repeat someone else’s point! There’s lots of material in Trailhead for this.
