Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on BERNOULLIS EQUATION AND CONSERVATION OF MASS, ENERGY AND MOMENTUM. It needs to be at least 1000 words.

To find the flow rate you find the division between the volume and time taken to get 0.18kg/s. The percentage error was found to be 5.88% which is the rate of change of the theoretical value to the experimental value. The flow rate in the venture meter was established as shown in the calculation section. In the venture meter, the water is present in the three columns of manometers. The experiment did not matter if water was absent in every column. The two manometer columns were selected from where the measurements were taken. The diameters were recorded at the position where the manometer measured the static pressures. The heights of the fluids found in the manometer were recorded as shown in the calculation section.

Using the application of the Bernoulli’s equation and the conservation of the mass at the two positions. The fluid velocity at the two positions in the systems were determined. The computed values were reported as the calculations and measurements were undertaken.

Based on the taken velocity measurements, the mass flow rate was determined of the flow at the two sections. The values were then computed and calculated as shown below in the calculation sections. The mass flow rate was determined be the measurement of one liter. The determined values were determined and the calculations and measurements were taken. Comparing the two mass flow rate, they were not the same. The discrepancy is due to the difference in the diameter of the two pipes. The group members moved the Pitot tube from the paper’s upstream to a place downstream (Welty, 2001). Looking at the manometer connected to Pitot tube it was realized that the liquid in the pitot tube did not move. The Pitot tube is used to measure the total pressure.

The main objective of the experiment was to determine the force on the target from the impinging water jet. The experiment illustrated one of the

I am doing a case study for my skills lab on NG tubes. The case presented to me is below. The problem I’m having is that my textbooks don’t have any explanation on why ranitidine doesn’t work. I do know that it is not a proton pump inhibitor but am not sure if I’m going in the right direction with this or if it is related to the fact that he had a moderately sized hiatal hernia.

The reason I am leaning towards it being medication related is because of the pantoprazole being mentioned several times throughout the scenario.

Finally, can you check my answer for number 5 and tell me if I am correct? I am not asking for the answer but need some guidance. The parts in book that cover esophagitis and hiatal hernia are not very detailed or big so I am struggling with this case study. We have 8 case studies and this is the only one I am truly struggling with.

Thank you.

You are assigned, M.R. is a 56 y/o general contractor who was admitted for dehydration and abdominal pain, related to nausea and vomiting. He reports having “heartburn” 3-4 times a day that is worse in the morning and when he skips meals. M.R. takes Rolaids or Tums to relieve the pain. He smokes one pack of cigarettes a day, consumes 3-4 beers on most nights and experienced a 20 lb weight gain over 10 years. M. R. stated that he feels “tired and old.” He snores loudly and wakes up during the night with frequent nausea. You note dark circles under his eyes, pale skin and dry mucus membranes. He takes 800 mg of ibuprofen PO tid for a back injury and ranitidine 150 mg PO at bedtime for heartburn. M.R. states the ranitidine never really helped so he added the Rolaids and Tums.

V/S 130/80 lying, 115/70 standing, 110, 22, temp 98.6F, pulse ox 92% on room air.

Blood tests – Amylase 32 units, Lipase 20 units, Hgb 12.0 g/dl, and Hct 37%. An H. pylori breath test was negative.

1.    What factors in M.R.’s life could be contributing to his pain and nausea? Explain how.

Poor diet/skipping meals, excessive alcohol intake, too many antacids, taking too much ibuprofen, his job being physically demanding, lack of exercise

2.    Why did the ranitidine not help the heartburn?

3.    M.R. complains of nausea and vomits coffee-ground emesis with bright red blood. V/S remain the same. What concerns do you have about the emesis?

4.    If you did not see bright red blood how would you determine the emesis contained blood?

5.    The attending ordered a GI consult, the physician arrives and you report M.R.’s condition. You receive the following orders.

a.    NPO for emergent EGD

b.    Repeat CBC STAT

c.     02 by nasal cannula, titrate to maintain pulse ox >94%

d.    Type & crossmatch 2 units PRBCs and hold.

e.    Start a pantoprazole drip 8 mg/hr, preceded a 40 mg bolus IV

f.      Insert a Salem Sump tube and start a gastric lavage with NS

g.    Insert 2 large bore IVs and start NS at 100 mL/hr

1-Let’s dig a bit deeper on this one. Does achieving a better life mean people who are free are more likely to get or make better technology? Is a free nation also an advancing nation? Is a concern for human dignity (see the Code of Ethics section in your textbook, the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights) and individual rights a distraction from doing science and developing technologically? Are the goals of science and the goals of liberty the same? Should they be?

2-We have already dug into some very deep ideas on this one. Let’s continue in this fashion. In your opinion, can law enforcement and security agencies be trusted to use technology responsibly when it comes to protecting American civil liberties? And should national security be more important than an individual’s liberty?

1 UNIT VIII Journal Entry, 200 words no citations

As we finish this course, name some marketing techniques and styles that you have encountered this week that demonstrate many of the strongpoints we learned in this course. Compare this to your journal entry from Unit I.

Your journal entry must be at least 200 words. No references or citations are necessary.

2. CASE STUDY UNIT VIII: RED BULL

Instructions

Case studies are an important learning strategy in business classes as they provide an opportunity for you to critically analyze events that have taken place in real-life businesses. This develops your critical thinking and research skills as you research the competition and industry in which your business resides with an end goal of formulating a recommendation for the challenges faced by the company.

Select one of the three case studies listed below, which can be found in your textbook. Evaluate the case of your choice, and respond to each of the questions below using both theory and practical managerial thinking as well as supporting research.

Option 1: Red Bull (pp. 581–582)

What are Red Bull’s greatest strengths as more companies (like Coca-Cola, Pepsi, and Monster) enter the energy drink category and gain market share? What are the risks to their brand equity of competing against such powerhouses?

Discuss the pros and cons of Red Bull’s nontraditional marketing tactics. Should the company do more traditional advertising? Why, or why not?

Discuss the effectiveness of Red Bull’s sponsorships, advertisements, personal selling strategies, promotion, events, and public relations. Where should the company draw the line in terms of risk?

Recommend the next steps for Red Bull with respect to their marketing and advertising strategies.

In formatting your case analysis, do not use the question-and-answer format; instead, use an essay format with subheadings. Your APA-formatted case study should be a minimum of 500 words in length (not counting the title and reference pages). You are required to use a minimum of three peer-reviewed, academic sources that are no more than 5 years old (one may be your textbook). All sources used, including the textbook, must be referenced; paraphrased material must have accompanying in-text citations.
