Hi, I need help with essay on Nutrition discussion Unit 4. Paper must be at least 250 words. Please, no plagiarized work!

A checklist where dietician enters pertinent information about the patient is used. Since the rest of the team requires drawing reference to the information, the form is placed on the patient’s medical record.

The process of checking the nutritional status of a patient is a four-step model. Every in-patient checking to the hospital must receive nutritional screening to determine whether they face nutritional impairment or not Coulston & Boushey (2013). Thorough screening is run on patients who are at risk of nutritional impairment and a nutritional support program is developed and initiated by the dietician. Monitoring to the patient is done to ensure positive response to the program.

Although hospitals have been running these tests on patients, they have not put enough emphasis on the Programme. Out patients rarely receive the tests, yet they could also be suffering from the problem. The program is very expensive and only sustainable to patients who can afford it. Though hospitals are trying to eliminate cases of malnourishment, a lot more need be

Processes and Readiness

With all of your experience surrounding change so far, you feel fairly confident in your organizational development (OD) role now. You made an excellent presentation to the executive staff of the parent organization. Now, they have recruited you to not only work with them on their needs and interventions but also with other companies within the larger organization. The larger organization consists of 60 independent companies with differing missions and current strategies. In fact, you are now a vice president of OD at the corporate level. You have higher level responsibilities, including all 60 companies.

Discuss the following:

  • Explain      the concepts and theories surrounding large-scale change processes and      readiness assessment.
  • How will      you go about conducting readiness assessments for the entire organization?      Be specific and provide a cost example for each item in your proposed      readiness assessment.
  • Use a      minimum of 1 chart in your analysis or description of a model or strategy      being recommended, and use 1 flow chart showing the estimated time that      each could entail.
  • What will      you say and present to the corporate staff to convince them of your      ability to accomplish this mission? Use business return on investment      (ROI) and productivity improvement potential as two of the 5 key points      that you will develop to win the confidence and trust of your clients to      handle this business-focused change intervention.
  • Be sure to      use valid graduate-level references and APA format.

I need help making this spreadsheet for my homework and i have no idea how to set it up or how to solve

Amanda has 30 years to save for her retirement. At the beginning of each year, she puts $5000into her retirement account. At any point in time, all of Amanda’s retirement funds are tied up inthe stock market. Suppose the annual return on stocks follows a normal distribution with mean12% and standard deviation 25%. What is the probability that at the end of 30 years, Amanda willhave reached her goal of having $1,000,000 for retirement? Assume that if Amanda reaches hergoal before 30 years, she will stop investing. (Hint: Each year you should keep track of Amanda’sbeginning cash position—for year 1, this is $5000—and Amanda’s ending cash position. Ofcourse, Amanda’s ending cash position for a given year is a function of her beginning cashposition and the return on stocks for that year. To estimate the probability that Amanda meets hergoal, use an IF statement that returns 1 if she meets her goal and 0 othenNise.)

I will pay for the following essay Googles Chaos Management Style. The essay is to be 13 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page.

This research will begin with the statement that chaos management is not a new terminology in the stream of organizational change management. Right from its first reference in Tom Peter’s classical piece of chaos management to the literature till date, most of the organizers and managers have conventionally considered chaos management as essential to performance improvement and cost reduction. Detailed literature analysis on chaos and organizational change management has elucidated three major attributes. namely, chaos is a metapraxis, a complex process that is neither a process or a model but inherent in organizational reality. secondly, the theory of self-interest or self-perpetuation is in tandem with the principles of chaos, especially an ethic of connectivity and thirdly, the specific principles of chaos in the form of ‘connectivity, consciousness, and interdeterminacy’provide practical approaches to “network multilogue”, a socially interactive corporate environment with amenities of personal growth. An interesting observation in most of the literature on organizational management has been that the factor of chaos is unavoidable and always there to stay in business, especially in this racy times of extreme internet invasion affecting our lives. The organizational culture at Google is simplified, yet interesting. With a smart and determined task force, Google Company encompasses people from all walks of life, who speak a dozen of languages and reflect the global audience that they always serve. The idea is to maintain an open culture wherein everyone can feel comfortable sharing ideas and opinions.
