1.     Metrics: It is common for businesses to invest even many millions of dollars in technology and architecture initiatives without identifying metrics in advance, so that the “before” and “after” situations can be compared, and lessons learned. Because there are relationships between the operating model and architecture maturity, determine if your new model and EA could bring you to a higher level of architecture maturity. For example, the characteristics of Stage 4 (Business Modularity) are:

·        Increased IT responsiveness

·        Improved risk management

·        Increased management satisfaction

·        Enhanced strategic business outcomes

Take at least two of the above characteristics and identify some metrics that could be measured and compared between Johnson &Johnson diversification model and your new operating model.

This My Movie Log journal is based on our class screening of Big, our discussion of “MIse-en-scène”, and this week’s course reading.  You should complete these before tackling this Journal.

Your journal should include the following two parts:

Part One:  Mise-en-scene includes Design and Composition.  In your words, briefly describe these two terms.  Also, what are the specific elements of design explored in your reading (see “Design” in Chapter 5)? (you can give a list of these elements)  (target 150 words)

Part Two:  Focus on one stand-out moment/scene in Big. Analyze your stand-out moment based on the use of design.  In what ways does the mise-en-scène (specifically one element of design) complement the performance style and narrative?

For this brief analysis focus on one element of design that stands out to you (see “Design” in Chapter 5).  Using specific examples from your stand-out moment/scene, in what ways does that element of design complement the performance and narrative?  Although Lighting is also a design element, please do not use lighting for this analysis.  (target 150 words)

I need help creating a thesis and an outline on The Use Of Social Networking Sites For Recruitment And Selection: The Case Of Facebook And Victorstone Financial Company. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. The popularity of social networking sites is relatively higher amongst the young people. Because of this, many companies have decided to tap these social networking sites in order to recruit and select possible applicants or employees. Generally, the use of social networking sites is considered of paramount importance given the fact that the company can access young people who are computer literate. In the same manner, social networking sites attract them more than the advertisements displayed on the company’s website. However, various issues have been related to the use of social networking sites in the company’s recruitment and selection. Some were concerned as to the appropriateness of the use given the fact that social networking sites are not used for such purpose but rather, for meeting new friends. It is in this regard that this research aims to solicit the perceptions of young people regarding the tendency of companies to use Facebook for recruitment and selection and how this affects their use thereof.
