Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Subtitling of Italian Cinema: A Case Study on Cultural Negotiation. It needs to be at least 5000 words.

The film Caterina va in cittá can be viewed as a learning tool for English speaking audiences wishing to understand issues of contemporary Italian culture and society. I contend that the analysis of this film’s subtitles can show the extent to which such a learning tool is, in fact, legitimate.

The study first critically analyzes the film, focusing on the central theme of the film, i.e. the struggle of a girl in a diverse culture of Rome. This section deals with the dilemma of the central protagonist, and her agonies and conflicts on the background of a politically volatile Rome.

In addition, the study highlights the importance of translating foreign movies into English. Also explored are various problems that are faced by translators while writing subtitles for foreign film. The study critically analyses some of the major problems, like translating emotions into words, colloquial phrases into proper English connotations, restriction of space, time, etc.

Further, the study also studies these problems in the context of Caterina va in cittá. The research tried to find out whether the translator was able to capture the real essence of the film in its subtitles. This section also deals with the various possible problems the translator would have faced while doing the translation and how they would have overcome the same.

The study was able to identify the possible reasons why Caterina va in cittá is very good cultural material for foreigners. The findings of the research suggested that although the subtitles clearly followed the basics of subtitling, it missed some very good opportunities in making the subtitles nearer to the connotative and symbolic power of the film.

The film’s screenplay is complex but rich in little details and generally uses simple conversational Italian in common day to social encounters in the natural settings of school, church, households, cities during the different times, characters and

Description of Assignment:

A definition essay seeks to clarify or illuminate a certain word, idea, phrase or topic by exploring the different ways it is used and understood in society.  In order to do this, the writer will rely on several different forms of writing; a definition paper could include examples, comparisons, descriptions, cause and effect, narrative and so on.

The thesis statement for this essay will be very straight forward, somehow explaining what the topic is and what can be gained from examining it more fully.  After that, there are a number of techniques found on the back of this paper that can be used to achieve this goal.  A definition thesis statement may look like this: “Many people who workout are looking for a program that will bring about fast weight loss results, but they have not considered plyometrics, a type of exercise designed to create fast, powerful movements.”

Organization:

This paper will be organized logically and will include several of the suggestions from the back of this paper.

Requirements:

  • The first paragraph must have a thesis statement and introduce the reader to the topic.
  • Use transitions in between paragraphs.
  • The last paragraph needs to summarize your main points, and leave your audience with something to think about. Here is an example of how you might organize your paper.
  • The paper must be 2-3  pages (approximately 700-1000 words) in length, comprised of multiple paragraphs, including an introduction and conclusion.
  • Use 12-point font, Times New Roman, double-spaced.
  • MLA formatting will be required with three or more properly documented sources.

Remember unity, coherence and adequate development.  Make sure you are proving your thesis with each paragraph, make sure the points are clear and easy to follow and make sure you have written enough so your audience is not left with questions.

Create a 1 page essay paper that discusses Water or Electrolytes.

Water also carries oxygen and important nutrients to cells (Mayo Foundation for Medical Education and Research 2012). Water is the most important component of the cells in our bodies, and there is no way that it can be replaced totally, or Nature would have offered a better solution of water replacement than sodas and other drinks. However, this is the case with normal people, who want to stay hydrated. In case of athletes, water can best be replaced with a sports drink. This is because after doing exercise or a sport, the blood flow in the athletes’ systems increases, generating heat, which is carried to the skin, where sweat is produced. If plain water is taken in, the absence of sodium will dilute the sodium concentration in the body cells, and the brain will also get the message that the thirst is over. The athlete will stop drinking, but the sodium loss is not compensated. However, sports drinks contain sodium and other electrolytes that the body loses with extreme sweat. Hence, sports drinks are beneficial for athletes, but common people should not ignore the importance of water to stay hydrated.

Hi, I am looking for someone to write an article on distributive bargaining strategies Paper must be at least 1750 words. Please, no plagiarized work! In the case of distributive bargaining both the parties try to maximize their gains and minimize the losses. Negotiators, in this case, try to promote their own interests so that they do not look weak in the eyes of the other party. The concept of negotiation and bargaining has been found to be important in the works of Chamberlain (1955 cited in Marquis and Huston, 2009) and Stevens (1963 cited in Marquis and Huston, 2009) to name a few.

The existing literature points out that there are two main types of negotiation strategies namely distributive bargaining and integrative bargaining. The concept of distributive bargaining is embedded in the zero-sum game of economic theory and has been viewed by the researcher in the light of a situation related to the division of a pie. The implication a zero-sum game is that that there are mutually exhaustive ways of dividing the outcome (Bühring-Uhle, Kirchhoff and Scherer, 2006). The most important aspect of distributive bargaining is that the interests of the agents are correlated in a negative manner where the positive outcome of one individual is related to the negative outcome of another. The idea of distributive negotiation had undergone a paradigm shift with the research work conducted by Fisher, Patton, and Ury (1991) who had pointed out that distributive bargaining is inferior compared to integrative bargaining and this had led researchers to focus on the later. One of the most common forms of distributive bargaining can be found in the labour union where the union members want to secure&nbsp.certain benefits from the employers like higher wage, improved working conditions and additional perks. Employers, on the other hand, ensure that the commission to the union members can be minimized and maintaining the benefits of the organization. &nbsp.
